CONTRACT OVERVIEW
Smarter acquisition for critical federal technology.
The NASA SEWP Program enables NASA and other federal agencies to acquire ITC/AV solutions and services from a diverse pool of awarded contract holders. Customized reporting, streamlined procurement, acquisition guidance, and responsive customer service help agencies efficiently support mission requirements.
NASA SEWP VI is a multiple-award Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) with a ten-year effective ordering period. The program facilitates procurement of IT, communications, audiovisual technology, cybersecurity, cloud services, engineering, analytics, and related professional services within awarded scope.
SEWP VI comprises three categories: Category A (product-centered ITC/AV solutions), Category B (enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solutions), and Category C (mission-based ITC/AV service solutions). Constellation West holds prime awards in Categories B and C.
BUILT FOR FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS
Enterprise scale. Mission precision.
Our two contract awards provide acquisition pathways for both agency-wide modernization efforts and targeted mission-support programs. Federal agencies can engage our SEWP VI program management office for current contract information and ordering guidance.
OUR SEWP VI CONTRACTS
Two complementary pathways.
Both contracts support the SEWP VI mission to connect federal customers with in-scope ITC/AV services. Select “View technical scope” to see the technical areas in the ordering guide.

HOW TO ORDER
From requirement to mission delivery.
The SEWP quote-request process provides an established route from acquisition planning to award. Constellation West responds through NASA’s authorized procurement channels.
01
Define the need
Identify the ITC/AV requirement, statement of work, performance objectives and applicable contract category.
02
Request a quote
Use NASA SEWP’s online Quote Request Tool (QRT) to issue an RFI or RFQ with appropriate fair opportunity.
03
Evaluate & place order
Review quotations, document selection, and submit the order for SEWP processing and Control Number assignment.
04
Begin execution
Following the NASA-processed order, our PMO validates order details and coordinates performance.
FAIR OPPORTUNITY & RFQS
Procurement integrity is built into the process.
Contract holders are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level, as applicable under FAR 16.505(b) and the NASA SEWP RFQ tools. The ordering procurement office maintains the required order-selection documentation.
Contract availability: A contractor may not market or quote solutions as available through its SEWP contract unless they are included in the SEWP database of record.
Market research: In response to an RFI, items not yet on contract must be clearly identified as unavailable, and the required technology refresh request must be submitted before those offerings are represented as available.
Formal RFQs and MRRs: Quotes may include only in-contract items and must respect the database-of-record ceiling prices. If the request cannot be fully met and partial quotes are not permitted, a No Bid response is required.
Quote validity: Responses must specify a validity period, which Constellation West will honor for orders submitted during that period.
Controlled information: Government information on contract-holder-only pages may be used only for authorized SEWP response activities, consistent with the Contract Holder User Manual (CHUM).
INSTALLATION, WARRANTY & SUPPORT
Terms matched to the task order.
Because SEWP VI spans many manufacturers, products and services, installation, warranty, maintenance and technical support terms are not uniform at the master-contract level.
Applicable coverage periods, response times, support terms and service levels will be disclosed through current catalogs, quotations, and task-order proposals and negotiated where permitted.
For questions about a specific requirement, contact the CWest SEWP VI PMO.
