Our IRS ACSWeb contract is a practical example of modernization in a high-use federal environment. Constellation West performs application operations and maintenance, development, testing, defect resolution, and release support while helping the Government evolve a Java-based enterprise application.
The work documented in 2026 includes framework and component upgrades supporting the broader MFA/SSO initiative, along with developer testing and coordination to address findings before release.

Constellation West’s NEC support includes data collection and governance for developing risk analyses frameworks and to support NC3 operational certification. Our tasks include managing data collection, organization, storage, and protection, and analysis to deliver actionable data for decision makers, and we provide innovations and insights regarding the data pipeline, data analytics, and advanced data modeling tools and techniques. We help ensure NC3 systems engineering efforts across an evolving portfolio comply with DoDAF standards, and we support external organizations in integrating NC3 capabilities.
