THE QUANTUM THREAT
Harvest Now.
Decrypt Later.
Information intercepted today can remain sensitive for decades. Adversaries are actively collecting encrypted information today and retaining it until advances in quantum computing make cryptographic protections and the long-held government data, classified communications, intellectual property, and mission-critical information vulnerable. For federal agencies and national security organizations, this creates a security risk that extends far beyond the current technology lifecycle.
The migration starts before the breakthrough.
Preparing for post-quantum cryptography (PQC) is not simply about replacing algorithms. It requires understanding dependencies, assessing mission impact, evaluating compatibility, and developing a phased migration strategy that preserves operational continuity. Agencies need visibility into where cryptography resides, which systems and applications depend on it, what information is most sensitive, and how to modernize cryptographic protections without disrupting essential operations.

WHAT QCMP DELIVERS
One Unified Platform. Six Connected Capabilities.
Cryptographic discovery alone is not readiness. Constellation West’s proprietary Quantum Cryptography Modernization Platform (QCMP) connects cryptographic visibility, evidence-based quantum risk assessment, mission-aware migration planning, controlled remediation, and continuous compliance reporting in one integrated solution. Purpose-built for federal environments, QCMP helps organizations translate technical findings into actionable modernization strategies aligned with federal post-quantum cryptography requirements and implementation deadlines.
Cryptographic Discovery & Inventory
Identify and catalog cryptographic assets across complex enterprise environments, including certificates, encryption keys, protocols, algorithms, cryptographic libraries, and dependencies. QCMP provides visibility across hosts, networks, applications, APIs, containers, code repositories, and supporting infrastructure—establishing the comprehensive inventory needed to understand quantum exposure and begin modernization planning.
Evidence-Based Quantum Risk Assessment
Go beyond identifying vulnerable algorithms to understand how cryptography is actually implemented and used. QCMP distinguishes between algorithms a system supports, cryptographic configurations that are enabled, and cryptography actually negotiated during communications. This evidence-based approach helps organizations assess component-level quantum exposure, identify security gaps, and prioritize remediation based on technical risk and operational impact.
Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM)
Develop structured, traceable cryptographic inventories that document algorithms, keys, certificates, libraries, and dependencies across enterprise systems. QCMP supports the generation of Cryptographic Bills of Materials using CycloneDX 1.7 structures, where supported, improving cryptographic transparency, dependency analysis, reporting, and modernization planning.
Mission-Aware Migration Planning
Translate cryptographic findings into prioritized, actionable post-quantum migration roadmaps. QCMP evaluates vulnerabilities in the context of system criticality, information sensitivity, operational dependencies, vendor readiness, and technical compatibility. Organizations can develop phased transition strategies from classical to hybrid and post-quantum cryptography while minimizing disruption to mission-critical operations.
Guided Remediation & Verification
Move from assessment to action through guided remediation workflows that support approved cryptographic and security configuration changes. QCMP helps coordinate remediation activities, document changes, evaluate compatibility, identify rollback considerations, and reassess outcomes to verify whether identified vulnerabilities have been addressed. Automation is applied where technically supported and permitted within the customer’s security and authorization boundaries.
Continuous Reporting & Compliance Evidence
Maintain ongoing visibility into cryptographic risk, remediation activities, and post-quantum migration progress. QCMP provides structured findings, prioritized action plans, technical reporting, and executive-level visibility to support governance and audit readiness. These capabilities help organizations document modernization activities and demonstrate progress toward applicable OMB, NIST, and NSA requirements.
THE QCMP LIFECYCLE
A Clear Path from Discovery to Verified Quantum Readiness.
QCMP connects cryptographic discovery, mission-aware risk assessment, guided remediation, and continuous monitoring into a coordinated modernization process. Each stage produces actionable intelligence and evidence that help federal organizations prioritize investments, manage migration risks, and demonstrate progress toward applicable post-quantum cryptography requirements.
QCMP Lifecycle
From discovery to verified quantum readiness.

01
DISCOVER & INVENTORY
You can’t protect cryptography you can’t see.
Establish comprehensive visibility into cryptographic assets across applications, infrastructure, networks, APIs, and code repositories. QCMP identifies algorithms, certificates, keys, libraries, protocols, and dependencies, helping agencies build the accurate, traceable inventories required to understand their cryptographic exposure and establish a foundation for migration planning.
02
ANALYZE & PRIORITIZE
Focus on the risks that matter most to the mission.
Assess quantum-vulnerable cryptography in the context of system criticality, data sensitivity, operational dependencies, and technical compatibility. QCMP connects cryptographic evidence with mission impact to identify high-priority vulnerabilities, evaluate migration constraints, and develop risk-based modernization plans aligned with federal requirements and implementation timelines.
03
REMEDIATE & VALIDATE
Move beyond identifying risk to demonstrating measurable improvements.
Translate findings into actionable remediation workflows that support approved configuration changes, cryptographic updates, and security improvements. QCMP helps coordinate implementation, document changes, evaluate rollback considerations, and reassess affected systems to verify remediation outcomes while respecting operational and authorization boundaries.
