Securing Critical Systems. Protecting the Mission.

OVERVIEW

Protecting the Mission Through Cyber Assurance

Constellation West delivers comprehensive, mission-focused cybersecurity, information assurance, and risk management solutions that protect critical systems, safeguard sensitive information, and strengthen operational resilience across the Department of War, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian agencies. Our experience supporting some of the nation’s most sensitive national security environments gives us a distinct advantage: we understand not only how to secure critical systems, but how those systems must perform to accomplish the mission. We recognize that cybersecurity is more than protecting networks or achieving compliance. It is fundamental to preserving operational readiness, maintaining mission continuity, and ensuring that essential national security capabilities remain available when they matter most.

What differentiates Constellation West is our direct, prime-contractor experience at the intersection of cybersecurity, strategic mission operations, and systems engineering. Unlike providers whose experience is primarily limited to enterprise IT security, our teams have supported the U.S. Strategic Command’s Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) Enterprise, Joint Command and Control (JC2) systems, and other highly sensitive defense missions. This experience provides an operational perspective that enables us to evaluate cyber risks in the context of mission consequences, prioritize vulnerabilities based on operational impact, and develop security approaches that support mission execution rather than simply satisfy technical requirements.

Our cybersecurity expertise spans the full system lifecycle, from security strategy, engineering, and risk assessment through authorization, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, and ongoing compliance. We support Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, security control assessments, information assurance, and federal cybersecurity policy development. Our teams help organizations identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, evaluate emerging threats, strengthen security architectures, and maintain compliance with Department of War requirements, FISMA, NIST standards, and other federal security directives.

Beyond traditional cybersecurity governance, Constellation West provides specialized expertise in cyberspace operations, threat analysis, incident response support, Communications Security (COMSEC), cryptographic key management, and the protection of classified and Special Access Program (SAP) environments. Our experience extends across complex command-and-control systems, federal enterprise infrastructures, and sensitive national security programs where security, reliability, and operational continuity are essential. We combine cybersecurity expertise with systems engineering, operational analysis, and mission assurance to help government leaders understand how technical vulnerabilities affect mission readiness and make informed, risk-based decisions.

Our proven performance includes cybersecurity and mission assurance support to U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Army Cyber Command, the Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Internal Revenue Service. Across these programs, we have supported security authorization, enterprise cybersecurity policy, vulnerability management, secure communications, classified program security, and mission-critical system protection. Our record of exceptional contractor performance evaluations, experienced cleared personnel, and long-standing customer relationships reflects our ability to execute in demanding federal environments.

We don’t approach cybersecurity as a stand-alone technical function. We approach it as a mission imperative. By understanding the operational consequences of cyber risk, integrating security into mission systems, and applying proven expertise in highly sensitive environments, Constellation West helps federal organizations protect what matters most, sustain mission readiness, and build resilience against evolving threats.
